I am very passionate about food! I am aware that it is extremely important to have a suitable and balanced diet to give me the energy to train and replenish the energy I use during training. This means I put quite a lot of thought into what I eat, especially as I cook for myself whilst I am at university. However, I like to enjoy what I do eat! I couldn't pick a favourite meal, but I do have a very sweet tooth, particularly for my mum's home-cooked deserts - cheescake, carrot cake and rhubarb crumble are particular favourites of mine! |
