  • Represented Great Britain over 1500m including at the 2000 Olympic Games where he was a semi-finalist on his GB senior track debut at the age of 22
  • Won a number of medals in UK senior and age group championships on the track and at cross country
  • Personal bests of 1:47.50 for 800m and 3:35.53 for 1500m; his indoor best for the mile of 3.57.48 ranks him sixth on the UK all-time list
