Ben has taken part in the Loughborough Educational Camp in April 2008, the Male Athlete Get-Together in Leeds in September 2008 and the 'Eat for Success' Get-Together in October 2009.

Performances in 2008

After starting his season late due to injury, Ben took two seconds off his 1500m best with 3:47.66 at a BMC meeting in Watford on 30 July.  In December he finished strongly in the Under 23 race at the European Cross Country Championships to take fourth place and a team gold medal.
