34 female 'On Camp with Kelly' athletes, including five athletes new to the initiative, took part in a Get-Together in Birmingham on the weekend of 20-21 February.

On Saturday afternoon many of the athletes were spectators at the Aviva Grand Prix at the National Indoor Arena, in which four OCWK athletes were competing. Saturday evening was spent at the Village Hotel in Solihull where the new athletes received an introduction to ‘On Camp with Kelly’ from Dame Kelly.
Sunday's activity took place at Birmingham University. The athletes started the day with a workshop with Kelly looking ahead to the 2010 season before taking part in various training sessions. Kelly encouraged the athletes from the sidelines and even joined in on some of the reps of a session of pyramid reps on grass. Athletes carrying injuries took part in a workshop with Performance Psychologist Dr Anna Waters looking at how to best deal mentally deal with being unable to run and how to maintain a positive outlook, before heading to the pool or gym for their training session.
In the afternoon some of the athletes took part in a workshop on the Female Athlete Triad, a condition which can have serious implications for young female endurance athletes. The others spent time discussing and assessing their 2009 seasons and how they aim to perform in 2010. The athletes were also able to have one-on-one appointments with Dr Anna Waters and receive physio and massage. After Kelly spoke with the whole group about preparation for warm weather training, the athletes took part in a core stability session to end the day.
