Involvement with OCWK

Ross has been part of 'On Camp with Kelly' since 2008 and has taken part in the following OCWK events:

He received an 'On Camp with Kelly' Excellent Achievement Award in 2009 in recognition of his selection for the Aviva GB & NI Team for the European Athletics Junior Championships.

Ross smashed his 3000m personal best when winning the silver medal at the Aviva UK Championships on 13 February.

Ross improved his 1500m best to 3:43.51 at the BMC Grand Prix in Watford on 12 June.

Performances in 2009

Ross set a new personal best of 3:46.21 in his first 1500m race of the season at the Loughborough International on 17 May and followed that by taking two and a half seconds off his 800m best 1:50.69 on 30 May.  He then improved his 1500m best to 3:43.93 in Watford on 3 June.  He finished sixth in the 1500m final at the European Athletics Junior Championships.
