Emma has been part of ‘On Camp with Kelly’ since 2006 and has taken part in the following OCWK events:

Emma received an ‘On Camp with Kelly’ Outstanding Achievement Award in 2007 in recognition of her silver medal winning performance at the European Athletics Junior Championships and in 2010 in recognition of her performance at the Commonwealth Games and an Excellent Achievement Award in 2009.

Performances in 2011
Emma improved her 1500m best to 4:12.42 in Nijmegen on 25 May and then went on to finish second in the 800m at the IAAF Grand Prix meeting in Hengelo on 29 May in a personal best of 2:00.24. She finished in an excellent third place in the 800m at the Aviva Birmingham Grand Prix on 10 July. After winning the silver medal in the 800m at the Aviva UK Championships Emma ran under two minutes for the first time with 1:59.97 at the Aviva London Grand Prix and was selected for the IAAF World Championships. In Daegu she performed brilliantly to finish second in her semi final in a personal best of 1:59.77. She again clocked 1:59.97 when winning in Rovereto on 13 September.

Performances in 2010
Emma improved her 800m best to 2:01.85 in Huelva on 9 June before making her GB senior debut at the European Team Championships on 19-20 June, finishing fourth in the 800m. She was also fourth at the Aviva UK Championships on 27 June and the England Athletics Senior Championships on 18 July. She improved her personal best again to 2:01.66 in winning at the BMC Grand Prix meeting in Belfast on 24 July and again to 2:01.47 in a mixed race on 10 August. She ran under 2:01 for the first time with 2:00.88 at the Aviva London Grand Prix on 14 August which secured her selection for the England team for the Commonwealth Games. In Delhi she improved her personal best further to 2:00.46 when finishing fourth in the final.

Emma won the silver medal at the Aviva England Under 23 Championships on 28 June to secure her selection for the European Athletics Under 23 Championships where she finished in fifth place in a season's best of 2:02.09.

Emma started the outdoor season with a bronze medal in the 1500m at the British University Championships on 5 May and then took gold in the 800m at the England Athletics Under 23 Championships in June.

Performances in 2007Emma had an excellent 2007 season. She improved her 800m personal best to 2:01.95 in June, which ranked her first in Europe in the Under 20 age group and fourth on the UK all-time Under 20 rankings. She won a silver medal in the 800m at the European Athletics Junior Championships after winning the national Under 20 title for the second year in a row and taking a silver medal at the British Universities Athletics Championships. She has also improved her 1500m personal best by 13 seconds this year to 4:15.58.
