Emily has taken part in a number of OCWK races and was part of the 4x800m team that set a UK Junior record at the Adidas St Mary’s Relays in 2006.

Introduction to Athletics

Emily was introduced to athletics when she was eight – she was watching a local cross country race and was asked to join in. She started racing competitively at the age of 14 and came fifth in the English Schools Junior 800m.
