Introduction to Athletics

Jo started athletics reluctantly when she was 12 as her mum had started running and persuaded her to go down to the track. When she was 14 she was selected to run for Scotland at the Celtic Games for cross country. She ran really well and enjoyed the trip and from that point on knew that she couldn’t give up.
